Hi Ken,

All I can say is welcome to freedom! Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed!

You are in my prayers. I pray that God will continue to guide you and lead you in his truth.

God bless,

Wendy

So, I want to just leave it up to Jehovah God, or if he leaves it up to Jesus, to judge me....not a group of men....sound good to everyone else?

AMEN to that Ken!!

And doesn't it make you feel free to know that?! As a JW I felt so captive like a slave to the Org. God's judgment will be righteous not imperfect. I am not afraid of it at all.

Thank you all for your encouragement and kindness. I am working out my own salvation....and working on a personal relationship with God and Christ.

I now use a KJV instead of the NWT and my doctor (talked with him about the blood thing at my physical this week) gave me a book called The Case for Christ....he's a good christian and had some nice words of encouragement for me...what a doctor!

You don't know it....but you all are helping me to keep my resolve and not buckle again. The wife....only God knows what's going to happen at this point.

Thanks!

True Agape!

Hi Ken,

Glad to hear from you. I did a lot of soul searching, researching and reading, reading, reading before and after I disassociated so I know how you feel. I read that book, A Case for Christ and it is a really great book. I hope you find it helpful. I'm glad your doctor gave it to you.

God bless,

Wendy

I too read (or rather devoured) A Case for Christ. It's an excellent book, great resource for sure. I highly recommend it.

God bless,

Mrs. R

Got my copy (actually two) coming and will read it as soon as I can, man I'm getting backed up on reading material, currently reading the Anti Nicene Fathers and I'm only in volume 1 so I've got a long way to go, but if I'm going to use them I need to be able to say "yes, I have read their writings".
